The Privacy Policy forms part of the Legal Notice that governs the Website: www.apisol.es together with the Cookie Use Regulations.

The website www.apisol.es is owned by Apisol, S.A. and complies with the requirements of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Apisol, S.A. reserves the right to modify or adapt this Privacy Policy at any time. We therefore recommend that you review it each time you access the Website. In the event that the user has registered on the website and accesses his/her account or profile, upon accessing the same, he/she will be informed in the event that there have been substantial modifications in relation to the processing of his/her personal data.

What are your RIGHTS in relation to the processing of your data?

Any person has the right to obtain information about the existence of the processing of their personal data, access the information and personal data that Apisol, S.A., holds, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request deletion, when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or the interested party withdraws the consent that they have given.

In certain cases, the data subject may request that we restrict the processing of his or her data, in which case we will only retain the data in accordance with the applicable law.

In some cases, you may exercise your right to data portability, which will be provided in a suitable, commonly used or machine-readable format to you or the new data controller you designate.

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time for any of the processing operations for which you have given it.

Apisol, S.A. has forms available for the exercise of any of the aforementioned rights, for which you should contact us at the following e-mail address mari@apisol.es, requesting the model you require. Similarly, you can use the forms that the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties make available to interested parties.

These forms must be signed electronically or be accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card. If acting through a representative, they must also be accompanied by a copy of the DNI or electronic signature.

The forms must be presented in person at the Apisol, S.A. address indicated above or, where appropriate, sent by e-mail.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in the event that you consider that your request for your rights have not been properly dealt with.

Apisol, S.A. has a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt of your request by us.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

Data stored by browsing and use of the Website

By the simple fact of browsing the Apisol, S.A. website, Apisol, S.A. will collect information relating to:

– Duration of the visit or browsing of the website.

This information may be stored by Google Analytics, for which we refer to Google’s Privacy Policy, as it collects and processes this information. http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/

Similarly, the Website may provide the utility of Google Maps, which may have access to your location, if you allow it to do so, in order to provide you with greater specificity about the distance and/or paths to our headquarters. The information that we handle will not be related to a specific user and will be stored in our databases for the purpose of statistical analysis, improvements to the Website, about our products and/or services and will help us to improve our commercial strategy. The data will not be communicated to third parties.

User registration on the Website

In order to access certain products and/or services, it may be necessary for the user to register on the Website. To do so, a series of personal details are requested on the registration form. The necessary and obligatory data to be provided by the user in order to carry out such registration are marked with the symbol *. If these fields are not provided, the registration will not be carried out.

The user name and password generated are personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for their safekeeping. We do not recommend that you write it down anywhere or notify it to third parties. We remind you that the system has a password reset function that can be used in case you need to reset your password.

In this case, the browsing data will be associated with the user’s registration data, identifying the specific user browsing the Website. In this way, we can personalise the offer of products and/or services that, in our opinion, best suits the user, as well as recommend certain products and/or services.

The registration data of each user will be incorporated into the databases of Apisol, S.A. together with the history of operations carried out by the same, and will be stored therein until the registered user’s account is deleted. Once the account has been deleted, said data will be removed from our databases, and the data relating to the transactions carried out will be kept for 10 years, without being accessed or altered, in order to comply with the legal deadlines in force. Data that is not linked to the transactions carried out will be kept for a period of 5 years unless you withdraw your consent, in which case it will be deleted immediately.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the execution of a contract between the parties, in which the user requests a series of products/services/utilities from Apisol, S.A..

The purposes of the processing will be the following:

a) To manage registration in the user registration area and access to the Website.
b) To manage the purchase of the products and/or services made available to you through the Website.
c) Keep you informed of the processing and status of your purchases.
d) To respond to your request for information.
e) Manage all the utilities that the platform may offer.

Thus, we inform you that you may receive communications via email and/or telephone, in order to inform you of possible incidents, errors, problems and/or the status of your orders.

You can contact us directly by e-mail, “Contact Us”, etc. provided on the Website. To do this, it is necessary for the user to identify themselves and provide their personal details, so that Apisol, S.A. can contact the user, if necessary to deal with their request for information. The necessary and obligatory data to be provided by the user in order to carry out such registration are marked with the symbol *. If these fields are not provided, your request will not be allowed to be sent.

Such personal data will be incorporated into the databases of Apisol, S.A., who will keep them in order to reply to your request and/or request for information and, after that, they will be deleted within 30 days.

The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the user who requests information or needs to maintain contact with Apisol, S.A..

The purposes of the processing shall be the following:

a) To manage queries or requests for information that you send us via the Website, e-mail or telephone.
b) Sending communications, special promotions, news or actions that are of interest to you or that you request from us, including by electronic means. As this is an ancillary purpose to the main one, you must tick the box provided for this purpose.

The personal data you provide us with by this means will not be communicated to third parties, and Apisol, S.A. will respond directly to this type of query.

Working with us

In the event that you provide us with your curriculum vitae, either by means of the Web Page, e-mail or physically at the address or any Apisol, S.A. headquarters, it will be included in its database. The curriculum vitae will be stored for a period of 1 year, after which, if we have not contacted you, it will be deleted.

The legal basis for the processing will be based on the express consent given by the interested party for the processing of the data contained in the curriculum by sending it and ticking the box provided for this purpose.

The purpose of the processing is to include you in present and future Apisol, S.A. selection processes.

In the event that the interested party finally joins Apisol, S.A. as an employee, his/her data will be included in a database owned by Apisol, S.A., in order to internally manage the employee-employer employment relationship.

Sending the Newsletter

On the website you have the option of subscribing to the Apisol, S.A. Newsletter. To do so, you must provide us with an e-mail address to which the newsletter will be sent.

This information will be stored in a database of Apisol, S.A. in which it will remain registered until the interested party requests to unsubscribe or, where appropriate, Apisol, S.A. ceases to send it.

The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is the express consent given by all those interested parties who subscribe to this service by ticking the box provided for this purpose.

The data from e-mails will only be processed and stored for the purpose of managing the sending of the Newsletter by users who request it.
